The U.S. Embassy Windhoek hereby provides the following Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: Provision of Gardening Services. This is a contract for landscaping / gardening services for the U.S. Embassy Windhoek, Namibia. The contract contains certain ordering provisions by which the Contracting Officer or his/her representative may require additional amounts of service for special events. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work required by this contract. — All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. — The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
