RFPHawk is public

  • New RFPHawk is officially open to everyone. Federal opportunities from SAM.gov and Grants.gov plus state portals across all 50 states, refreshed daily and scored against your business profile.
  • New Redesigned homepage that shows the product working — a live matched-feed demo, before/after of a contractor’s Monday, and the reasons behind every match score.
  • Improved Browse, dashboard, states, and industries pages are dramatically faster — the marketing pages are now instant, and the app no longer ships the full dataset to your browser.
  • Improved Every state now has its own opportunity hub, and the federal multi-state count is accurate for the first time.
  • Improved Plan details clarified: the free tier is yours forever with no card; the 14-day Pro trial starts when you add a card and won’t charge until it ends.

Email digests are live

  • New Daily and weekly email digests for Pro users — pick a scope (National, Federal, or specific states), add NAICS codes and keywords, and get up to 10 new matches per send.
  • New Alerts page rebuilt from the ground up with a clearer scope selector and a real save pipeline into Supabase (no more mock form).
  • New One-click unsubscribe link in every digest, independent of login — the same toggle also lives in your alerts settings.
  • Improved Digest matcher dedups against the last 30 days of sends, so you never see the same RFP twice.
  • Improved Per-agency diversity cap keeps a single chatty school district from filling your whole digest.

Google sign-in

  • New Sign in or sign up with Google — one click, no password to manage. Links to existing accounts by email.
  • Improved Auth pages now show a prominent Google button above the email/password form.

Six new state portals

  • New Georgia Procurement Registry adapter — live state bids across GA agencies.
  • New South Carolina SCEIS adapter — SC state procurement opportunities.
  • New Vermont Bid Room adapter — VT agency solicitations.
  • New Mississippi DFA adapter — MS Department of Finance & Administration bids.
  • New Utah Bonfire adapter — Utah procurement portal.
  • New Wisconsin VendorNet adapter — WI agency opportunities.
  • Improved Data sources page updated with the full live inventory and current adapter status per state.

Interactive USA map + Pro at $20

  • New Real geographic USA map on /states with clickable states and callout pills for the small Northeast states.
  • New Canadian provinces now get their own section below the US map.
  • Improved Pro plan is now $20/month. Existing customers keep their current price.
  • Improved Wider callout pills so "District of Columbia" and "Massachusetts" no longer truncate.
  • Improved State-letter labels now on Maine, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Per-state detail pages + Industries hub

  • New Every state and Canadian province now has a dedicated page at /states/[code] with agency portal info, top industries, and neighbor links.
  • New Industries hub at /industries with per-NAICS landing pages.
  • New Navbar gained Industries and States links for quick SEO-friendly browsing.
  • Improved Blog asset pipeline with /src/assets/blog/_dropzone/ for easy image uploads.

Kanban pipeline + alerts

  • New Drag-and-drop kanban board for saved RFPs: Saved → Pursuing → Submitted → Won/Lost.
  • New Detail panel slides in from the right with stage dropdown, notes, and match score.
  • New Alert configuration with keyword chips, NAICS + state multi-select, and digest frequency toggle.
  • New Digest preview shows projected weekly opportunity count based on your filters.

Dashboard, browse, and match scoring

  • New Personalized dashboard feed for Pro users sorted by match score.
  • New Full browse page with NAICS, state, date, value, and agency filters.
  • New Match score badges (green >80, amber 60-80, gray <60) with reason breakdowns.
  • Improved Free tier view counter now caps at 10 detail views per day, with a clean upgrade modal.

Onboarding wizard + NAICS selector

  • New Three-step onboarding: company info, NAICS codes, target states.
  • New Searchable NAICS selector grouped by sector with chip-style display.
  • New State selector with regional grouping, Federal option, and frequency toggle.

Authentication + profile

  • New Email + password login and signup with demo accounts for evaluation.
  • New Tabbed profile page: profile, security, billing, danger zone.
  • Improved Theme toggle persists across sessions and prevents flash on initial paint.

Public marketing site

  • New Landing page with hero search, feature highlights, pricing preview, and CTA.
  • New Public RFP browse page with 5-result preview and upgrade wall.

Design system + component library

  • New 14 UI primitives: Button, Input, Select, Badge, Card, Modal, Tabs, Chip, Toggle, Pagination, ProgressBar, Dropdown, Toast, Tooltip.
  • New CSS design tokens with automatic dark/light mode support.
  • New Self-hosted typography: Syne display and IBM Plex Sans/Mono.

Project kickoff

  • New Astro + React islands scaffolding with TypeScript strict mode.
