Yes. Starting a Pro trial gives you 14 days of full Pro access. We collect a card to begin the trial, but you won't be charged until it ends — cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing. The free tier is always available with no card.
Where does RFPHawk source its data?
We pull federal opportunities from SAM.gov and Grants.gov, plus state procurement systems covering all 50 states. Data is refreshed daily at 12:00 UTC so you see postings within 24 hours of going live upstream. See our data sources for the live coverage list.
What coverage do Free and Pro get?
Both tiers see the same underlying listings — every federal notice on SAM.gov and every state portal we've integrated. The difference is scope: Free accounts are capped at 5 search results per query and 10 detail views per day, while Pro removes those limits and adds match scoring, saved searches, and pipeline tracking.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Both plans include the same Pro features. Monthly billing is $20/month. Yearly billing is $192/year ($16/month equivalent) — a 20% savings compared to paying monthly. Pick yearly if you are ready to commit; pick monthly if you want maximum flexibility.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. There are no contracts or commitments. You can cancel your Pro subscription from your profile page at any time, and you will retain Pro access through the end of your billing period (the current month for monthly plans, or the current year for yearly plans).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is securely handled by Stripe and never touches our servers.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
Yes — Enterprise plans cover multi-user teams, SSO, API access, custom integrations, and a dedicated account manager. Pricing is based on seat count and integration scope. Contact sales and we will scope a plan with you.
