The purpose of this requirement is to provide support and maintenance (including minor enhancements) of existing and to be developed data marts: — -Provide Data Mart Operations and Maintenance. — -Develop Business Intelligence/Analytic solutions (dashboards, scorecards, etc.). — -Prepare and Publish User Reports. — -Answer Customer Inquiries, provide Technical Assistance and guidance as needed & furnish complete responses to ad hoc Report Requests. — -Provide timely, culturally appropriate customer service and/or presentations as needed to IHS and Tribal staff. — -Provide Data Quality Assurance processes. — -Develop, test and assist with training and implementation of New or Enhancements to Existing Data Marts. — -Conform to Program/Project Management Processes. — -Prepare and Maintain Data Mart Documentation. — -Ensure Security Compliance in accordance with all IHS and Federal Regulations.
