GSA seeks to stay in place if advantageous alternative not possible

Pre-solicitation Notice/Advertisement — GSA Public Buildings Service - U.S. GOVERNMENT — General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: — State: FL — City: Bradenton — Delineated Area: Please see map attachment — Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,904.00 — Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,978.00 — Space Type: Warehouse — Parking Spaces (Total):0 — Parking Spaces (Surface):60 — Parking Spaces (Structured):0 — Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 — Full Term: 10 — Firm Term: 5 — Option Term: 5 — Additional Requirements: — Action: — Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the one percent (1%) annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain). A fully serviced lease is required. — Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY26 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). — The U.S. Government currently occupies office space in a building under a lease in Bradenton, FL. that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
