In addition, this project also requires the replacement of the old drainage piping located at the Manor House. Both sites are located at Avenida das Forças Armadas, Lisbon. — The magnitude of this project is: 30.000 Usd. With Vat Included — The Government intends to award a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable /best value offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
