TXARNG Marketing Promotional Items

***Amendment 0001 posted to add attachment 4 - Logo Designs and attachment 5 - Questions and Answers document. This amendment also extends the solicitation closing date to 24 July 2026 at 3:00pm CDT and the delivery date to 16 November 2026.*** The Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) has a requirement for customized Recruiting and Retention marketing items. Delivery is required across six (6) distinct locations throughout Texas, as detailed in Attachment 3. By submitting a quote, the offeror attests and guarantees the capability to meet the mandatory 90-day delivery timeline upon contract award. Additionally, physical product samples are required for each proposed item to evaluate quality and compliance with specifications. Please submit all questions regarding this solicitation via email to ng.tx.txarng.mbx.uspfo-tx-pc1@army.mil. The deadline for questions is no later than (NLT) 10:00 AM CDT on July 2, 2026. All questions and answers will be posted publicly on SAM.gov. It is the vendors responsibility to regularly monitor the website for updates. No late Q/As or quotes will be considered by the Government.
