Psychotherapy and Counseling Services

This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in support of CSOSA's mission to provide Psychotherapeutic and Counseling Services. — The scope of work for this acquisition is to obtain Psychotherapeutic Services, specifically, evidence-based Trauma, Violence & Victimization, Psychotherapy, and Therapeutic Relationship Group Therapy sessions; with Individual Psychotherapy sessions as requested or needed basis. — The Contractor will perform the work under the forthcoming solicitation at CSOSA’s designated facilities located in the Washington D.C. and remotely via a telehealth system, as approved by the Government. — No Set aside used. The RFP will be advertised as under NAICS code 621330, Offices of Mental Health Practitioners (except Physicians). The resultant award is anticipated to be a total of 5 years (one 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods). A formal solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around July 6, 2026.
